After we left Sesriem, we took a French guy in our car to give him a lift to the nearest town, as he said... Christophe was there waiting for a lift since yesterday!
So, we said, ok let's give this guy a chance... Next town soon became: ''please take me to Keetmanshoop, 300km from Sesriem" but as it was on our way it was no probem.
From this city we hesitated between going to Fishriver Canyon, on a gravel road, or trying to cross the South African border. As I couldn't drive one more km on a gravel road, we said, F*** Off, let's cross the border, even if it's quite far.
From the Border, where mountains look like chocolate cakes right out of the oven, we decided to go another 200km south to reach Springbok.. That's where we finally could rest after a long day driving!
The cheapest campsite we stayed at (4 EUR/pers). Super nice view but weather is so warm... Bathroom are not great
