Once we arrive at Sydney Airport, we go to the information centre to take some maps of the city and find a cheap accomodation. It’s all well organized but the problem is that, like in Japan, everything is very expensive. Anyway, we book the cheapest of the expensive hostels, take a shuttle to get there and leave our bags while we go for a walk along the beach. The weather and the view are both perfect and we directly feel very good in Bondi Beach, Sydney. The next day we decide to take a ferry to do the Manly Scenic walk. While we were waiting for the ferry, we had the time to visit the harbour and take some pictures of the famous bridge and the not to be missed Opera House. After those 2 walking days in Sydney it’s time to take the road so we go to the city centre and rent a car for 3 weeks.

Like all big cities, you better combine transport types... Here in Sydney it's not cheap!

Then you'd better get prepared to eat bread and canned food. Otherwise you'll end up spending A LOT!
