Searchlight, Nevada

Today's ride was hot windy and very difficult. We tried to go very fast because we needed to get to our host by 1230 so we could shower at a nearby hotel and get to a local casino by 130. At 130 a bus was to pick us up and drive us to Vegas until 11pm. The mountains that stood in our way were a formidable opponent, but some people didn't make it. The van had to go back and pick up six people who were too far out to make it in time. 130 rolled around and I was time for sin city. Unfortunately for this blog, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas so this is as far as the story goes.
