Excellent hotel. Great service, good restaurant options. Beautiful view of the city over the harbor. Shopping center next door with good restaurants.
If you're staying at the Nikko, walk next door to the 6 story mall. Go up to the top, and they have 20-30 restaurants there. Some are very good, and most have great views of the city over the water. There is even a nice italian/pizza restaurant.
