Packed up at Kasane and hit the road early for 500km drive today. We crossed the border into Namibia and along the way picked up a rugby ball at a supermarket which was as close to a footy as we could find and wasted no time between the register and the car park to give it a try out. At this stop I also managed to get a haircut which took about 10 minutes and cost about $4. Not the best haircut but glad to have it short again for sure. We got to our next camp, Rainbow Camp, late int he day and set up tents etc and in the evening went to the bar and tried out the infamous local spirit known as Royal...wished I hadn't! That stuff is like drain cleaner. Much, much worse than vodka, tequila or grapa...my mouth was literally numb for about 20 minutes!
