Kolkata, India

Today I was scheduled to leave Kolkata for a few days in Dubai. Unfortunately, I have a visa problem. Fortunately, I found out before I left India. My India Visa is over a year old (I have a 10 year India Visa), but since I was here last they have tightened up on people leaving the country and coming back to quickly. You are allowed to exit India in order to visit a neighboring country and then return, but if you leave for a non neighboring country no entry is allowed for 2 months. So, my long awaited trip to Dubai will have to wait a little longer.

The best part of this story is the airline refunded the ticket!

As you can see from my map, my plan was to visit Dubai for two days and then come back to Kochi, India to visit the Parkview Well Projects. Instead I just flew directly to Kochi and will sit here for a day or so until the Living Water folks show up.

I could use your prayers (and encouragement) as the transition from being with an amazing group of people for a week to now being alone is hard. The upside is I am exhausted and plan to sleep for a very long time. I also miss my girls very much and am ready to see them! Not sure what I would do with out Skype.
