In the course of about 2 hours I made contact with some family in ørsta, and so hopped on the bike and headed up there to meet them. Maryann and Andy are their names, and I am now staying at their place for a couple days. Today we will go to the old family farm in Knotten where my great great grandfather came from, and where some family still lives.
With scenery like this, you quickly stop caring that you're cycling on a busy major road.

A couple days ago I went and visited some other family nearby, and was able to see the old farm where my g-g grandfather grew up on. Just down the road from that farm is the one that Maryon (the distant relation I'm staying with) was raised.
Today, the skies decided to clear up, so of course I headed into the mountains.
