The third and final spomenik is near Sisak in the forest. We had a GPS coordinate for it but as we neared the place, we saw signs leading to it. Down a gravel road into the forest and suddenly it is there in a clearing. Each of these spomeniks are different and you just wander around and stare for some time. I never found details on this one but from the statue adjacent, it would seem to be honoring the partisans who fought the Nazis.
Three for three found -- all impressive. I'm glad I went on this quest. They are massive non-traditional monuments reminding us of the horrors of war and how we must avoid man's inhumanity to man.

These monuments are amazing. We're planning a trip to the area to search for a few of these. Any chance of sharing the co-ordinates or directions? Many thanks.
