We are on our way to see the Vatican museum, St Peters, the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine hill.
It's the hottest it has been the whole trip (mid tohigh 90s) and the ac here barely makes it cool here so we are sweating profusely inside building.
Here we go to see the sights and sweat off all this amazing food. Haha

Rome was beautiful chaos. The history is every where and so tangible. I think I was the most emotional here in Rome but not at the places I expected. Probably exhaustion but no tears - just felt very overwhelmed.

As we are wrapping up our trip I have to say some stuff about our tour. If you have never done a land tour you really should consider it. We saw so many amazing things, stayed at comfortable safe clean places, & enjoyed our tour companions.
And if you take a land tour, sign up for ALL of the optional excursions. They take care o everything and were some of our favorite memories.
Trafalgar was amazing.
