We drove out to see this fairytale-esque castle set into a hillside, it really looked like it was out of a book. We explored around the castle and the town, ate some delicious Bavarian doughballs and took a tour of the inside that was actually never finished. The king that ordered the castle to be built died 150 days after construction began and they finished the exterior, but the interior was left unfinished. We took a tour of the finished part of the castle, complete with an indoor cave.
