Very beautiful museum in an old train station! Lots and lots of paintings and sculptures, I actually wrote down some of my favorite artists for once! Most were of the Neo-Impressionism style like; Paul Signac, Henri Matisse, and Maximilien Luce. I also liked a painting by Hawkins called 'Le Orphins'- very powerful. And also 'Premiere pluie' by Luigi Nono.

The Eiffel Tower is so big, bronze, and beautiful! We didn't climb up to the top for the view but I took a lot of pictures. We also went to see the Arc de Triomphe and went up to the top to see a wonderful view of the city!

I had heard that this crazy looking glass pyramid of a museum was amazing but it really blew my mind! I could've spent all day in there looking around and learning about the infinite amount of paintings, sculptures, and artifacts, but we didn't have all that much time. The building itself really impressed me, mostly made of stone and marble, it was gorgeous! Of course we had to see the Mona Lisa, which I knew what was coming so I wasn't surprised when I saw a tiny painting on the wall surrounded my a mob of people wanting a picture. I was more impressed by the beautiful sculptures from the 1800s and even earlier to, like the Aphrodite sculpture from the B.C era! We wanted to make it through the gardens but of course when we finished at the museum, it started to down pour! Paris has some strange summer weather, it isn't actually a summer at all, just rain and then some more rain. Boo!!

On our last night we went out to see Notre Dame at night and watched a fire twirler dressed as Superman and then a guitarist from Barcelona who was fantastic!
