I am embarrassed to say that I didn't do much in Bangkok. I was here about 16 years before and although the city looked as if it had changed a great deal I had no real desire to do any sight seeing. So, I took a break on my hols and did nothing apart from catching up on emails and lazying in a local bar that had free wifi, had a night out for Peter's birthday (ping pong) and went out for a quiet night with Rachel and Brian which turned into a very late finish.
