A lot of people have dropped out of the trip. There will only be 15 of us now which means loads of room for us all on the big red lorry. Fantastic :D

1. We all finally met up at 6ish in Hammersmith, ready for the off. Really good to finally meet up with all my facebook friends. 8am and we are off, Dover here we come, ferry and then France!! Every one seems up to make the most of the trip, 18 of us just now and I think we have a good group
Drive through France to Belgium and ‘bush camp’ by the side of the motorway, luckily I seem take be ableto sleep through loads of noise (films at the cinema for example) so I sleep really well. We all need to take turns cooking and cleaning the bus… lucky me, I’m in the first cook group with Dee and Joe.. This is Joe’s first dinner party and including the tour driver (Greg) and organiser (Rachel) there are 20 of us to provide for. Spag Bol for us all, yum. We’ve had a long day, up at 3 with no real sleep (1.5 hours) and travelling until 1900ish I was ready for dinner. As I was on cooking detail Lynne and some helpers put up my tent for me, yay! As usual my second wind kicked in and as usual me and Lynne were last to bed, after a few cheeky glasses of wine. Not entirely sure where we actually camped, somewhere in Belgium is all in know, will need to ask Gregg

The big day is finally here. After very little sleep and an early 3am start we meet up with the crew and our travel companions. Then it's off to Dover and bye bye UK
