Lahore District, Pakistan

After all the military and police escorts in Pakistan we have been set free. Lahore is not on the danger list so we don't need any security.
Once again we experienced strange weather for the time of year, there was thunder, lightning and very heavy rain just after we arrived at the hotel.
Because of the weather most people stayed in the hotel to eat, me and Greg ventured out to KFC, which was run exclusively by deaf people.
We had a wander round the city and didn't feel threatened at all. Lots of people stared but also loads just wanted to say hello and have a quick chat.

We had our first day out in Pakistan in Lahore, no escorts required. Had a fantastic day, walked part of the way to the old town, then took a hilarious tuk tuk ride. Wandered round the fort which was amazing then tuk tuk home. The traffic is manic
