we went to the very beautiful Katherine Gorge this morning, I opted to do the shortish walk with Orla, Rosie, Dee and Bui as even at 830 in the morning the sun was really hot. It still meant around 2 hours of walking but the views were well worth it. Stunning!

stopped off for a dip in the hot springs a well needed shower. as you walk through the woodland to the pools you realise you have hundreds of flying foxes (bats) above your head. I made a not very gracious entry into the pool as I slipped down the stone steps, luckily I only scrapped my elbow and hand slightly, no need to call an ambulance :)
