had a good journey today on a sleeper bus, not sure why we had it as we left at 8am, for a 5 hour drive but it got us here so that is the main thing.
It is very beautiful here, we are in a hotel room about 10 yards from the beach, and it is stunning. After lying on a sun lounger for a bit I decided I had to go into the sea... two mins to change into bikini etc and then a storm decided to appear. Thunder, lightning and lots of torrential rain. It was a very dramatic scene but I didn't get my swim... maybe tomorrow ...

got up this morning to have a run along the beach but was scuppered as it was hightide at 730am and there was no sand left! At least I tried ....

Made it in the sea (twice), not cold but still refreshing, forgot how much I loved the ocean.

Where we stayed in Mui Ne was very beautiful and after the noise and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City very welcome. I really didn't do much here apart from relax and swim. Loved it!!

Across the road from our rooms was a brilliant burger place, if you are ever in Mui Ne go to Phat BUrgers.... they were amazing. I went twice in 24 hours, some of the group went there 3 times :D
