Was getting ready in my tent this morning, and pushed myself backwards in the ten, the same as I have done every morning camping and my thumb cracked. Really loudly! A bit scared to look as I thought I had broken it or snapped something but apart from slightly limited movement it seems ok. Second to last day, really don’t want any serious injuries. I’ve fallen over at least 5 times and landed on my right elbow each time, no breakages but my right elbow has a few dents and lumps it never used to have
Stopped at Dubbo for lunch, no wifi to be found. Stopped at a café for lunch and had lovely lasagne. And fantastic steak for dinner. I am definitely making up for lack of meat in Asia.

Camp site was beautiful, it was a bush camp next to a river. Steve (driver) went for a swim/wash and we saw more of him than we’d like! Kev also went in but kept his swimmers on. It was too cold for the rest of us, we've been told that there are hot showers tomorrow so I'll wait :)
