Worley is a tiny town of just over 200 people set along scenic Highway 95 south of Coeur d'Alene. Largely an agricultural community, it is on the itinerary because of its tribal casino and resort. The resort offers Indian gaming, a hotel, restaurants, entertainment and one of the most outstanding golf courses in Idaho, Circling Raven.

This Indian tribe received its modern name from French trappers, referring to their shrewd trading. Coeur d'Alene means "heart of an awl" in French. They were also referred to as the pointed hearts.
