Shoshone-Bannock Indian tribes gathered in this quiet valley to bathe, rest and restore themselves with the curative powers of the naturally odor-free hot springs. Indians set the area aside as a neutral ground to be shared in peace by all tribes. Today, the State of Idaho operates a hot springs complex year-round and the city has an Olympic-size pool with water slides. Additionally, some of the lodging facilities in town have their own hot pools.

The Riverside Hot Springs Inn was built in 1914 and quickly labeled "The Honeymoon Hotel" for its elegance. A quiet, relaxing & romantic atmosphere with individually-decorated guest rooms, fine dining & a lounge that is open to the public, hot springs and spa services.

Wouldn't expect to find Thai in such a small town but this is an authentic, family-owned Thai restaurant.
